I volunteer to do grocery shopping for seniors who are unable to do it themselves. As I am recently retired and have time available, I am happy to help and like grocery shopping. After delivering the groceries, I thank them for allowing me to help but when they thank me and appreciate so much what I have done, I am truly humbled.
I get to meet some very nice people and I consider it my privilege to help.
