I visited my neighbour in the community. She is a senior , and an amputee. While visiting one day I discovered that her phone had broken and died because it was so old. Also I discovered that the internet was down and her son hadn't come, so I was able to reset her modem . Afterward I was talking to Neighbourlink and explained that my neighbour is living alone without a phone. They went to visit her and I bought her a new phone.
