WE LOVE WILLOWDALE is an initiative organized by individuals (the “Organizers”), on a volunteer basis, that connects volunteers (the “Volunteers”) with families in need (the “Recipients”). The Volunteers seek to provide the Recipients with assistance and the Recipients seek to receive assistance from the Volunteers during the COVID 19 outbreak. Through this initiative, the Organizers connect Volunteers and Recipients so that the Volunteers can provide the Recipients with groceries through various methods (the “Service”).
The Organizers make no representation, warranty or guarantee regarding the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability, or availability of the delivery of the Services or any services or goods requested through the use of the Services. The Organizers do not guarantee the quality, suitability, safety or ability of Volunteers providing the Service or of the Recipients receiving the Service. By using the Service, you agree that the entire risk arising out of your use of the Service, whether as a Volunteer or Recipient, and any service or good requested in connection therewith remains solely with you.
Limitation of Liability
The Organizers shall not be liable for any damages, liability or losses arising out of (i) your use of or reliance on the Service or your inability to use the Service, or (ii) any transaction or relationship between you and any Volunteer and/or Recipient arising in connection with use of the Service. The Organizers shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance of the Service. The Organizers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including personal injury, or property damage related to, in connection with, or otherwise resulting from any use of the Service.
You acknowledge that the Volunteers and Recipients are not required to undergo a criminal record check or other screening process prior to providing or receiving the Service
